Free economy shipping is offered for orders of $35 or more within the United States.
We work with a variety of vendors and you may receive multiple packages if ordering different types of products.
Please allow 4-6 weeks production time for customized jerseys. We receive 1-2 shipments of custom jerseys each month from our supplier. If you choose an expediated shipping method, we will ship using that method when it arrives, but it will not speed up the production time. If you need a rush order please contact us.
503 Sports offers a 30 day return policy for most items for any reason. Items must not be not be worn and without damage. Unfortunately, we are unable to supply return labels at this time in cases where a product is delivered as described. If a return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we will supply a return label.
We cannot accept returns for customized items. Please review all details before purchasing a customized item. All sales are also final on clearance items.

1. my customized jersey does not fit, can i return/exchange it?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for ANY customized jerseys. Please review the size chart before ordering. All jerseys are made by hand when they are ordered and there may be differences of up to an inch from our size chart. If a jersey is not as described for any reason please contact us.
2. how will i know when my order ships?
We will send you a tracking number immediately by text or email once your order ships depending on the option chosen at checkout.
3. i want to cancel my order for a custom jersey
If we are notified immediately, we can cancel your order in most cases. Unfortunately, if we have already started on making your jersey the order cannot be canceled.
4. why do i have to pay return shipping?
Since we offer free shipping on most of our products and try to keep our prices low, we simply cannot afford to ship both ways. Unfortunately as a small business we don't have the same shipping discounts that larger companies get.
5. what is the status of my order?
If it is within the 4-6 week timeframe the jersey is either in production or has been shipped out to us from our supplier. If we beome aware of any delays we will notify you.
