ORDER ISSUES

I haven't received my order yet

You can check your order status at the order lookup page. Please remember custom jerseys are hand made one at a time and take 4-6 weeks for production. If the expected ship date has passed, please send us an email at info@royalretros.com.

There is a problem with the item I received

If there are errors or defects with ANY orders including custom products we will replace it for free.

PRODUCTS

I don't see my size in stock

We can often get other sizes (youth-5xl) or styles of t-shirts upon request. All customized jerseys are cut and sewn when ordered so we can make a jersey to your specifications. Please send us an email for sizing requests.

Can I have a special patch/tags/style of a jersey on the website? 

We do offer extra options on some jerseys such as captain patches and championship patches. We also make custom labels that you can add to your jersey. To change the style of a jersey shown or get a quote on custom patches please send us an email at info@royalretros.com.

What is the quality like?

All of our merchandise is high quality and comparable to the retail apparel of any major professional league. Our jerseys feature the same tackle twill and stitching as authentic jerseys with the fit and feel of the following major brands:

Mitchell and Ness: NBA Swingman, NFL Legacy

Nike: NBA Swingman, NFL Limited, MLB Replica

Adidas: NBA Swingman, NHL Authentic

Can you make a custom jersey not shown on the website? 

Yes, in many cases we can! Check out the custom jerseys page.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

All non-customized products have a 30 day return policy. We do not accept returns on customized jerseys and clearance items marked as all sales final. More information can be found on our returns page.

How do I make an exchange/return?

Please fill out the form on the returns page.

When can I expect my refund?

As soon as we receive an item back we will initiate a refund. It usually takes 1-3 business days to receive your refund, but can take as many as 7 depending on your bank.

Do you have a physical store?

Not yet, we are only online for now.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Please provide a phone number for shipping on international orders.

Can you add a name/number to a jersey I have?

No, unfortunately we cannot add numbers and letters to other jerseys.
